Hi, I’m Radomír Vach, Ing. — Senior IT Developer, Software Architect
I am a partner at Incomaker, a company that deals with AI, and we have developed a tool for marketing automation that saves time and money. Currently based in Czech Republic.

About Me
Senior IT developer, software architect, and team leader with 13 years of experience. Graduate of CTU in Prague – Cybernetics and Robotics. I have very broad knowledge of both programming and infrastructure, enabling me to design complex, robust, and long-term sustainable systems. I specialize in the architecture of large-scale, distributed, and clustered solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and high availability.
I am a highly reliable finisher and a crisis programmer. In critical situations, I take full responsibility, quickly analyze issues, and resolve major incidents on the spot. Thanks to a strong architectural mindset, I am also able to prevent most crises by designing systems that are resilient to failures, outages, and unexpected load. I have experience leading teams, making decisions under pressure, and defining the technical direction of projects.
Technologies: Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, PHP.
Databases: Elasticsearch, MariaDB, Cassandra, TiDB, PostgreSQL.
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes.
